• Option to update your email address and telephone number
• Direct application for select products
• Access to up to 7 years of statements for current accounts, savings, ISAs, and loans
• Seamless sharing of account details with one of your contacts directly from the app

Gaining access:

To access our app, you will need to register for online banking if you have not done so already. For existing users, you will require your username, password, and 6-digit security code for authentication.

Phone compatibility:

To ensure security, our mobile app is only compatible with Apple devices running on iOS 15 and above. Jailbroken devices will not be able to use the app. If you are unable to update to this version, you can still access your accounts through online banking.

Terms of use:

We collect non-personal user data to monitor the app's performance, such as the duration spent on specific screens. Additionally, a limited amount of personal data is collected for app usage, fraud prevention, and app improvements for all users. By downloading the app, you consent to our data processing practices. We prioritize customer security by implementing advanced encryption technology. Independent security experts have tested the app to ensure its integrity. To further protect yourself while using the app:
